   Basically my only question is, what or how would I make a single post and have it shown on 2 different wordpress sites.

   I could easily just duplicate it myself however I would like all it's info and comments to carry over also.

   So for example, if I make a post on http://www.wp-1.com I would like it to also appear on http://www.wp-2.com

   Isn't it called duplicating content?
