While editing the Elegant Grunge theme's layout a bit, I noticed that when resizing your browser window, the header and body doesn't move at the same time. They get misaligned every second pixel when you resize your browser window horizontally (no matter what browser, it's in the theme). This is really not easily noticeable in the default theme if you don't know about it.
By resizing your browser window horizontally by one pixel, only the header moves - body doesn't. When you resize one more pixel, then also the body moves and gets aligned with the header. Resize by one pixel again, and only the header moves, then after that body again.
It's a bit hard to explain, so I took a pic of it:

I picked up a website which uses elegant grunge theme from some post on the forum: http://newyorkinruins.com/
It's the default theme where you can see the problem.
Anyone have any idea how to fix it? I tried to edit different widths and heights in the css pretty much randomly, but couldn't find a solution, nor do I really understand what could cause it.
