    Hello, here is my site:
    http://www.yudemenrecords.com

    Im getting this error:

    Error establishing a database connection

    And this one:

One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.

After trying to repair, I get these messages:

wp_posts: Got error 5 from storage engine
    wp_options: Can't find file: './yudemenrecords/wp_options.frm' (errno: 5)

I dont see the file that the error is talking about. Also I dont see it in my backups (so I dont think it was mistakenly deleted).
    Can anyone help me troubleshoot?

    Thanks

    Put this:

    define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true);

to the wp-config.php file and go to your site:

    http://www.yudemenrecords.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php

Then there should be a repair button. Or do it manually: http://php.about.com/od/mysqladministration/qt/repair_mysql.htm

I already did that and hit repair. As I mentioned, I got this message after hitting repair:

wp_posts: Got error 5 from storage engine
    wp_options: Can't find file: './yudemenrecords/wp_options.frm' (errno: 5)

Anyone have an idea on this one? I have a feeling that my database is FUBAR. Googling my error message gives me nothing but my own posts.

But Im hoping there is a small chance of getting this fixed. I have a backup of the DB but it is quite old unfortunately .

By the way, you cannot see the error message on my site anymore as Ive redirected it to the under construction page. But all the errors that I recieved are on the first post.

Just to add, I ran the following command:

    mysqlcheck -u username -p -r dbname

And got all ok except one:

    yudemenrecords.wp_posts
    Error : Can't find file: 'wp_posts' (errno: 2)
    status : Operation failed

Again, I think Im basically screwed, but let me know if anyone has any ideas...

Have you checked your posts by verifying wp_posts using phpMyAdmin? If you don't find them or if some posts are missing, you may have to restore from a backup. Perhaps your hosts can help with a backup if you do not have a recent backup.

I am my own host and not having a fairly recent backup is my own fault. Ill try installing phpMyAdmin but I guess it will just do the same thing that Ive tried from the command line. Anyway, will give it a go. Thanks.
