   She keeps getting this error

   ERROR: This user account is locked for security reasons. Please use Lost Password option to unlock it.

   I've tried reseting her password, shes tried reseting it. I've tried unchecking the User account is locked for security reasons check box and she is still locked out. What do i do?

   DisturbedGoddess,

   Why not set up a new account for this user and transfer any posts to the new account. Then delete the original.

   I did that, BUT i need to know why this happened, what caused it so that i know how to fix it and not have to keep creating her a new account every time. And what if it happens to me?

   This problem JUST happened to me and I'm the admin. Now I can't gain access to my website. Does anyone have a way I can work around this to access my dashboard?
