I have several different blogs I run. Each with their own masked URL, but all running on WP. To use each one, i have to go to a different login page. Is it possible to make it so I can just log into one and bounce between the admin dashboard for each one?

It sounds like you'd benefit from using WordPress MultiSite. This allows you to set up a network of sites and manage them from a single admin.
