I have my eshop setup so that it is standard shipping for the entire order no matter if you order 1 item or 100 its $9 ($13 for outside of US). What im wondering is, if i can set up a post (Gift Card) to have free shipping. So only 1 exclusion to the shipping policy. I do not want to charge my customers $9 for shipping a gift card. Any help would be much appreciated.

which shipping method are you using?
if 1-3, set the item to shipping F.
if 4, use weight of 0.
