   is that possible to do that? i mean.. i have for example few category.. but i just one to show specific category only in the front page, and if i want to see the other category entry i must click the menu that i made for it..

   I believe this was covered already, something like adding $cat = "1" at the top of index.php. I assume before the includes, though I could be wrong. Try doing a search here, as this is the third or fourth time this has come around in the past few weeks.

   Yeah, the problem with "$cat=X" is, that it will show every single entry that was ever made in category X :/
