   I am trying to get only one category of posts on the home page and not all. Basically the blogs are seperate to the music reviews and as they appear now when posted they both go onto the home page.

   I only want the blogs to be there the music reviews are in a different section of the site.

   I just solved it front-page-filter plugin fixed it for me

   anyone still have this plugin? link is dead. Why can the loop exclude categories, but not limit them, natively?
