Does anyone know if it's possible to have one wordpress user/account with several usernames. I have an author that are writing both game reviews and misc articles. I would like that he had two usernames.

You'll need to create two separate accounts.

Not sure what you mean by aliases. The two accounts would need to use different usernames and email addresses, so essentially no different than having 2 completely different authors.
