Once quiz started could it the user be locked?

    I notice that once the quiz is started even there is time limit and not yet on the last question or hitting the button finish quiz, the user could start over again, is there a way to lock the user once started the quiz consider done or could not start the quiz again?., or can add a feature to lock the quiz once started and need to finish it once they navigate to other page and consider done and could not take again the quiz unless reset on the settings.

    Complex!!
    Warn The user not to navigate to another page, its a Quiz not play,
    Activate Execute quiz only once

    Then inform the user, that they can only take the quiz once
