Once I post a comment on post I get redirected to a Page Not Found

    It’s not just me… Anybody who posts a comment, once they click post comment button they are redirected to a Page Not Found. The comment is posted successfully but why is it redirecting like that?

    I noticed this a few days ago. I think it might be due to the last wordpress update I made several weeks ago?

    Help please?
