   up until last night, everything was working.

   i have contacted my web host (still waiting), but what could have caused the main page to have missing posts and categories. my tag cloud shows, but when anything is clicked, goes to error page.

   in WP, my tags and categories are all missing, even though in Dashboard, there are numbers listed next to tag and categories. i can open/view my posts in WP, but it's not showing up on main page.

   any input would be great.

   If you deactivate all plugins and change to the WordPress Default Theme, does it resolve?

   Also make sure you have decent database backups WordPress Backups.

   Just to be sure, check phpMyAdmin and make sure your tables don't need optimizing (or repairing).
