   My blog looks fine on FireFox like this http://www.maniaparadise.com (run on Firefox please)
   But on IE, it look like this http://www.maniaparadise.com (run on IE please)
   How do I fix the problem on IE without effecting it on Firefox?

   try to work with another style for IE (6 or 7) likz this:
   put in in header:
   <!--[if lt IE 7]>
   <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://url/ie6.css" type="text/css" />
   <![endif]-->

   in it put another value of CSS, this value will affect only IE, not firefox or others browsers.

   First correct your errors. Go here.

   Your site looks fine in FF3 and IE7. The sizing of the browser window causes your sidebar to drop - not sure if you want that but it is no big deal.
