On 2.0.1 upgrade main feed has become comment feed

I just upgrade to 2.0.1. Overall, things look fine but there is one glaring issue. My feed:
http://www.recommendedwebtools.com/index.php/feed/is now displaying as a comments feed instead of the regular feed.
What happened?
