just replace next page link with Newer Posts and Previous links with Older Posts
Take a look at how the WordPress Default theme wp-content/themes/default/index.php uses the next_posts_link and previous_posts_link.

Hi there,
How do you then extend this to get “previous ‘n’ posts”? Eg I have 3 posts showing per page, and would like to have a link to show the “next 3 posts”.
