The link you posted gives a 404 Not Found.
When you say “your” database what are you referring to?
Zijun I had the same issue. If u have access to phpmyadmin, log into it. Go to your database that contains ur blog, and drop all the tables then reinstall wp. It should work. It does for me and I did it 3 times 😛
Moshu the link provided tells us that “You apppear to already have installed wordpress. Please reinstall please clear your old tables”
Don’t drop tables unless you have a backup. If you have already installed WP, just run upgrade.php
Beel’s right.
just run ../wp-admin.php/upgrade.php
ie..
http://www.example.com/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php.
Worked allup and running.
