On the whole, this plugin is great - very easy to build forms with multiple options for fields, validation, and what happens on successful submission. The ability to export is also key.
One problem is that if using "address" fieldsets, the data is lumped together into one "address" field that contains "street address", "city", "state", "ZIP", and "country" lumped into one field and separated by <br> tags. It would be nice if these were actually stored as separate fields (and didn't contain HTML markup) so that I could import into my address book.
So as a workaround, I'll be using a combination of individual fields instead of this pre-canned "address" fieldset.
