  • The stop spammers Plugin already white lists paypal IPN. The instructions link is for another plugin called “Bad Behavior”. Please check which plugin you are talking about.

    I am for sure using Stop Spammers. I only referenced that article for help because I cannot find anything on Stop Spammers and OIO. The original reason this is all happening is because we kept getting this error…

    Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. As soon as we whitelisted the IP the OIO Publisher and Paypal IPN started working again.
