og:image issue (1 post)

    Hi,

    my website is http://fps.com.gr.

I use Yoast's SEO and it is the only plugin that writes OpenGraph metadata.

The plugin works great overall, but it doesn't seem to write the og:image metadata properly. This results in all my posts having the default image of the website as their article image. When posting something on Facebook, I do have the option to choose among 3 photos (the default first, then the article's featured image and then the author's photo, which is on every post).

Facebook's debugger also says that "The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags."

I'd like the plugin to write the data so that it first scans for a featured image, and then goes with the default image if there is no featured.

Practically the problem is not from my end, since I have the "patience" to always choose the second image in Facebook, but when other people post something they don't do that, you know. :)

    P.S. I don't have any PHP knowledge!

    Thanks in advance!
