My client has been using your plugin almost 2 years and only recently did we notice the following behaviors.

Please Note: (1) I tried turning off all other plugins except for “WP Ultra Simple Paypal Shopping Cart” and still got these problem. (2) I then also turned off my custom child theme and turned on Theme Twenty Fourteen, and then tried with Theme Twenty Thirteen. So with no other plugins active and WP default themes, I’m still getting the following behavior. (3) I thought this was a browser caching issue but I’ve tried FireFox, PaleMoon, Chrome and IE9 with the same results.

Behavior #1: Most of the time, when you click an “Add to cart” button, you get forwarded to the cart page but nothing is there. Then after going to another page or hitting Ctrl-F5 the items will then be listed.

Behavior #2: If I have more than one thing in the cart and I use the red x button to delete it, or delete everything from the cart, everything thing disappears which is correct. But if I go to any other page on the site and go back to the cart, the items are there again.

    Live Site:
    The shopping cart page: http://dogtrainingtampabayflorida.com/checkout/
    The buttons page: http://dogtrainingtampabayflorida.com/dog-training-classes/basic-training/

I would be curious to know if anyone else is getting this behavior. And, of course, would like to solve them.

It has been two weeks and I have not gotten a reply about this issue. My client says he has had two customers complain that they were not able to check out.

If you can not help me, would you please let me know so I can look for a different solution?

The template code is currently limited, I need to improve it to do the same possibilities than the sort code.

Use WUSPSC support forum, there is peoples who have session/caching solved: http://www.ultra-prod.com/developpement-support/

In general, it’s a settings in the hosting service, or another plugin who badly interfere.

    Cheers,
    Mike
