    Hey Guys,

    I've got a site running, but there is a white space before my site loads... Check out here

    I've looked at the source and it seems fine and normal, but I've used Firebug and that shows some really odd info....

    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en-US" class="chrome chrome34" debug="true">

    as you appear to be working with an artisteer generated theme, please ask at an artisteer forum http://www.artisteer.com/?forum_id=13&p=forum_topics

    - this forum here only fully supports the themes from https://wordpress.org/themes/

    I'm sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme's developers - paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.

    Scrub that, it was actually a plugin for the XML sitemap that was adding it...

    I'm glad to see the wordpress support site only offers assistance if you use the themes, I don't know how I can explain this other than it was a basic CSS issue. I assumed that as I used wordpress to publish the site, I could ask someone on the wordpress forum to help me.

    As I say, turns out its a plugin published here rather than the theme being the cause....

    Maybe a better way to word your response would have been, start by disabling plugins and see if that cures it, otherwise go to the artisteer forums as they would be better off for helping you (even though artisteer doesnt use a special type of css)...
