    It doesn’t seem to be related to the theme.

    I am having the same issue (http://www.citycareerservices.com)and I have determined it is not related to any plugin and it is not related to the theme. I disabled all plugins and went back to the default theme and this wonky code still remained. When you look at the source code for the page this code is appearing before this line of code… <i><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN” “http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd”></i&gt;

    Yeah. Disabling the plugins was the first thing I did. I’ve tried deleting the cookies also…didn’t think that woould do a thing and it didn’t.
    Maybe it’s related to the version of php one has? I dunno. I can’t upgrade wp anymore cuz mine is apparently outdated.

    I fixed my issue i hope.The code was in my index.php files (All of them) so i downloaded WordPress and replaced all index.php files on my server with the clean ones from the WordPress download.I redownloaded my theme and replaced those index.php files also.That seems to have solved my problem.
