Just noticed an odd string of characters at the end of URLs on certain subdomains:
citycamp.govfresh.com
citycamphnl.govfresh.com
citycampmn.govfresh.com
Ex: http://citycamp.govfresh.com/a-pinic-in-amsterdam/#.To46dE8mOVM
Why is this happening and how can I remove?

Try deactivating all of your plugins and see which one is causing this error.
