   why do you need a 'place'?

   just add : wp-login.php or wp-admin/ after the url for your blog, then bookmark that page.

   If you want that link, add it to theme file. Take a look at how the default or the classic theme to see how its done.

   OK it was commented out, I don't know why. I removed the code that comments it out and voila, a registration link.

   How will commenters be able to do that if there isn't a link there? Duh.

   Now I just need to know how to get rid of the 0 after each link...has something to do with Rating or something.

   sidebar.php, find the string with TRUE at the end and change it to FALSE.. That removes the 0 from the end of the link title.
