Hi, we're about to launch a new blog, version 2.7, from wordpress.org (self hosted in our hosting account). Can't figure out how to get the API key we need to run some of the plug-ins. Tried getting one at wordpress.com, but that did not work. Would appreciate advice on doing this.

Posted 2 years ago #Totally confused here. I am looking to get the in-famous API KEY. Here is what I have going. I have a domain name. It is hosted through Host Gator. Through HostGator in their Cpanel using "Fantatico" application I uploaded a WordPress blog. I have the ability to get into my WordPress dashboard however do not see the key. Please advise.
