Object Cache Broken With Memcache

The object cache works fine to begin with, but when a user resets their password they will be kicked back to the login page when they click on any of the dashboard settings. They can login again, but as soon as they click on something – back to the login page they go!

I have been able to reproduce this. After re-enabling the object cache they are fine to begin with, and as soon as their password is reset the problem returns. This does not happen when object cache is off. They can reset just fine.

The only way to resolve this that I found is to disable object caching and leave it off… That’s not really a solution for me, I need this to be enabled. Is this a known bug? Any known workarounds?
