Now Working Need Help Please

    Hello, downloaded displet pop and am super excited to get it going on our new site, it will be perfect! I have watched the tutorial several times, followed it to the “T” however it is just not working on my site. I have tried it and reloaded several times, adjusted it, tested it and tried it, in test mode, not test mode etc and for some reason, it just is not popping up. I have a video that plays on our home page that is 1 minute and 10 seconds long. I would like the pop up to show at exactly 1 minute and 11 seconds. Any ideas as to why it would not pop up? (I am very new to website building, something simple I may have overlooked?) Thanks so much for your help, I’m excited to get this going.

    I”m having the same problem. I left the ticket earlier this week about it popping up all the time. Since the update it’s not popping up at all.

    The pop up stopped on every page. It’s set to 6 seconds on the first page view. I cleared all my cookies, no pop up. I set it to test mode, no pop up.

    Can this please be fixed soon!

    We missed something on the latest release so are reverting to the last release. Please upgrade when it prompts you. I’ll leave this ticket open and comment when the new features are available and stable.
