   I am transferring to another host. I got a backup from my old host. unfortunately there are 2 other domains in the backup along with the WP domain. Can I still upload it in my new host file? it's a .tar.gz file

   You might need to unpack the tar.gz file and see if the resulting output can then be easily separated into the three domains data, then create a new zip or tar.gz file with just the domain you want.

   Did you also get a MySQL database backup from your old host? That's where all of your content is stored.
