I’m new to this and trying to figure it all out. I just downloaded Theron Light theme and it’s saved to hard drive.
Now what? How do I start working with it?

Do you have WordPress installed on either a hosting provider or on a local install on your computer (this is not accessible on the internet generally)? You need to do that before you can do anything with a theme.
