Argh ... my experience with WP 2.6 has been less than stellar. Each upgrade degrades the performance and usability. Now I can't even publish a new post!
I've reinstalled a clean copy of 2.6 but haven't upgraded all the plugins.
Is that the problem or what. Help!

Plugins are almost always part of the problem. First, when upgrading, all plugins should be deactivated, and then re-activated after upgrading. (In case you didn't do that) and then test which of your plugs can be activated and still allow the site to work. When you've found the ones that break the site (Assuming its a plugin) don't use them anymore, unless there's an upgrade, and even then, test them first.
