Hi WP folk,
My site http://www.bikempowered.com needs at least 2 things:
1 - an email link so visitors can click and send me emails through their email program,
2 - a form to capture data (name, email, etc )and when they press send - it comes to me in a form readily added to my excel or access spreadsheet (or other type - I'm not wedded to Micro-squish.)
I'm quite the Ludite - so any help must be broken down into small bits.
