Novice needs assistance

I’m launching a nonprofit (entirely web based) and I need a lot of help finishing the website and integrating it with the social media.
I’m looking for an intern (approx. 10 a week initially) I’m not sure if this is the forum to make such a request, but I thought I’d start from the top.
Any advice is appreciated.
