Novice! I need to remove everything and start again

    and get back to plain twenty eleven so I can do the tutorial properly after playing around thinking it would be easier than it is… Can’t even figure out how to get back to the beginning now. Yes, I’m a total div.

    Thanks, I’ve downloaded it, but how do I get to replace what is currently on my web site? I know it’s a stupid question, but I’m so new to this. I just want to be able to do the tutorial properly from scratch.

    I think you can just delete the current theme that you messed up and then upload the new one. If you’re logged into your dashboard, I think you can automatically add the theme without needed a FTP program.

    I tried to delete it but didn’t because it’s still there – how do I delete it please?

    There’s a delete button that’s in red font that I just used to delete it from a test site of mine. If that’s not working for you then you’ll need to log in to your site via FTP and manually remove it.
