Notify users of new posts by e-mail

I hope someone can help me. I am using this theme
for a website I am developing. I am looking for a way to send all subscribers to the website an e-mail every time, the website gets updated with blog posts, Events, Sermons and Galleries. I have searched everywhere and have found plugins for Blog Posts, comments etc. but can not seem to find a plug in that will automatically notify subscribers of all updates.

any help will be appreciated !
