Notifications Not Being Received (7 posts)

    I need help, none of the notifications are being sent for appointments on either end. So far only I have made appointments to show my availability on the calendar. The goal is however, for customers to make appointments as well. If they were I wouldn't know because I don't get a confirmation email. The client won't get a confirmation email either. This could be bad. I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. I have tried many other plugins but I like this one best if I can get it to work. Help!

    Hello Baul,

    Did you check the spam folder? Some times mails are delivered to spam folder and thus are missed by customers.

    Thank you Ankit, yes that was one of the first things I checked with no luck. I have also tried various email addresses for both notifications for the customer and for me. I have tried gmail, yahoo and a dreamhost emails and none of them have worked. I also tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin with no luck. I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled though as I was worried I would loose what's already been scheduled. Any more help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Not sure what changed now my appointment calendar is not working at all. I tried deleting and reinstalling made no difference. Will not let you select date to make appointment it chooses today's date by default and will not let it be changed. How is it this plugin is so highly rated yet won't work at all for me? What is the problem?

    Thank you so much for the feedback. The errors are way beyond my capabilities to evaluate and fix, will look for help with those. Having major computer problems as well so maybe my computer guy can help me with that too when I take it in today.
