Notification on blog updates?

    Is there a way to allow people to subscribe to updates for a blog via RSS or some other method? For example, I write a particular blog in some category and make spelling corrections or append new content to the one blog. I’d like people interested to know these updates have occurred.

    I wasn’t sure if the regular RSS subscription did this.

    That’s really more a function of the feed reader. Some will “respect” the updated timestamp (bloglines.com, for example) whereas others just seem to blow it off. Not much we can do about from the blog end of the supply chain (as far as I know).
