I’m having the exact issue with the same error message. Its also on line 183. When I look at my live preview of your plugin I put in a test email address in the text box. When I click the radio button it returns same message as Alex_almeida. ONly difference is my website url shows up instead of alex’s within the error message. I have NOT touched any code.
This is the 2nd plugin I installed. I’m a real estate agent and currently the only other plugin active is IDXpress. This is a real estate search plugin for consumers..displays listings and allows consumers to search for condos/buildings in the Chicagoland area. Please advise, thanks!

While you check out the issue is there a simple workaround? We (my partner and I) really need to park the site in an “under construction” mode ASAP. We do not want potential vistors/clients looking at an unfinished non-professional website. I can’t even forward my site to another site because it will not allow me to get access to the dashboard.

Well, when I enabled your plugin I did a quick test and it seems to work now. If you could test it that would be great. thanks again for your help. You have a great plugin!
One more question: How do we track all visitors that register? Is that what the google analytics will capture?
