   Hi,
   just playing around with a "noticeboard" theme. I am using tables for layout - if anyone can suggest how to do it without tables, and without having to 'hack' the css for IE (most of my visitors use IE), that would be cool.
   There's a 'theme-switcher' on the site - the other two themes have already been reviewed here. This new one, I reckon, is a fairly natural progression from the previous two.
   Anyway, I'd appreciate any comments. I'm currently cleaning up the code for all three themes with the intention of releasing them in the not-too-distant future, if anyone wants them.
