Hello,

    To fix this simply open codestyling-localization.php and remove extra space after the constant.

    if (!defined('E_USER_DEPRECATED '))

    	define('E_USER_DEPRECATED', 16384);
should become
if (!defined('E_USER_DEPRECATED'))

    	define('E_USER_DEPRECATED', 16384);
