After upgrading from 1211 to 1303.1 all of my table of contents are gone from posts/pages. If I edit the post/page I can see my [toc] shortcode, but no table of contents gets displayed on the site. no errors in the firebug console.

Actually it seems that table of contents plugin only has trouble with my localhost site. I tried upgrading my production site and it works fine with the new version.

Local dev, real servers or not, it all should work the same. Check the web server error logs on dev? Have you got different TOC+ settings on dev? Eg auto inserts?
