    well FB does pull them into the debugger but they’re blank… clicking on them loads one but the other says this:

    403 Permission Denied
    You do not have permission for this request /wp-content/uploads/2014/04/100_0025.jpg

    I’m assuming somewhere you have a remote image block?
    But if you view source the plugin is in fact doing its job. Just something on your server is preventing FB and/or other sites from retrieving them.

    Wow, that was fast! Thanks for your help. I don’t think I have a remote image block anywhere. I know this isn’t your problem, but would you be able to tell me where to look if I did? All my file permissions are correct and should be allowing FB to pick up images, that I do know, because I was worried that might be the problem, so I checked.

    well… usually it’s an .htaccess file that has that or it’s a server config thing somewhere. that depends on your specific environment though.
