Thanks for response.
I added this shortcode: [songkick_concerts_and_festivals songkick_id=2387278 songkick_id_type=artist]
When I used to try this at another my WordPress site hosted on different server it worked with any problem. Do you think it could be an issue of a server?
It doesn’t look like this artist has any upcoming events.

Do you have it configured to hide if there are no events (on the Plugin’s setting page)?

No, I didn’t configure it to hide.
When I used to try it on that other WordPress website basic interface with logo and note “No upcoming concerts or festivals” appeared.
Anyway, JavaScript based code from Songkick generator works alright but it doesn’t show past / archive shows – that’s reason I prefer to use your plugin.
Sorry, that was my only guess. It’s quite hard to debug “remotely” 🙂
Can you see any errors in the PHP logs?

Concerning errors I found this log:

Sorry, I forgot to add there are many logs concerning this plugin affecting some other PHP files like edit.php, widgets.php, post.php etc. Should it be helpful I can send log file by email.
I must notice I’m not a coder and have just basic knowledge about this.

It sounds like your server can’t connect to the Songkick API.
Would it be possible to contact your host provider to ask them why?
