Hi,
WordPress 3.1.3 bundles jQuery 1.4.4 just as you said. My plugin tries to load the bundled version.
jQuery 1.6 is loaded by one of the plugins you are using.

Thanks for the quick response Arne.
I think you’re right. Some of my other plugins are causing this situation. But the thing is that I can’t disable them since I need them too.
So when jQuery Colorbox’s updated version be coming out?
Also is there another solution in the mean time?
Hi,
I fixed the JavaScript and just tested it successfully with jQuery 1.6. It’s available in the current development version:

Yeap.
It seems to work on my side as well.
Thanks for the support techotronic. Really appreciate it. 😀
I’ve just download and works great, good job !
I don’t know why, my fresh installation with just 4 plugin:
google-analytics-dashboard
google-analytics-for-wordpress
jquery-colorbox
typepad-antispam
doesn’t work…
No js error (firebug)…
no colorbox clicking images.
can you watch it at:

i’m afraid that the theme create thought Artisteer does not work proprely…
any idea?
NOTE:
the function wp_head(); is correctly called in theme.
Hi,
I looked at the last 30 blogposts, but I didn’t find a thumbnail that links to a larger image. Could you post a specific link?
Cheers,
Arne
Sorry for the time wasted…
i believe that was not necessary specify the
“a” tag
in image and that the colorbox automatically detects images.
Of course it does not work this way…
PS
i wrote a script for drupal themes to do this…
A post image is automatically linked to its lightbox, without adding a tag “a”.
If you are interested, i can pubblish it on my blog..
