This protocol does not seem to work with Linkedin. Whenever I place a URL in Linkedin update (attach a link), it does not show any details. Just shows the URL of my website (not even the post) in the title and description both.

linkedin may have changed their policy when pulling info from links… the open graph protocol tags are still output per the protocol guidelines… Linkedin has been changing a lot of stuff lately. I’m not sure what they’ve changed as I don’t have insight into the company and they don’t post public information that specific.
