Hi
That’s strange…
Does the link work fine if you disable the plugin?
Eric
That’s exactly what I’m struggling with too. It’s happening both with the partnerads affiliate network but also with another big player in Europe, Tradedoubler > http://clk.tradedoubler.com/click?p(XXXX)a(XXXXXXX)g(XXXXXXXX)url(http://www.saxo.com/dk/fit-paa-100-dage_anne-bech_indbundet_9788702154788)
My link works smooth if I disable your cloak plugin.
I’ll make you a login to examine the problem if it’s necessary.
BTW COOL COOL Plugin. I’ve been looking for something which can do exactly what your plugin does for years 🙂
EDIT: Forgot to say that it looks like the plugin is removing all the parentheses in the tradedoubler link. What’s wrong with the partnerads link I can’t tell you. It looks fine up until it’s redirecting me to the frontpage of that network.
@kaspera & @valdimarsson – What version of WooCommerce are you using?
To be honest, I’ve only tested this plugin on WooCommerce 2.1 Beta (which was scheduled to be released this month).
Hi,
I figured out the reason and posted a solution to this issue here:

Eric
I’ve ticked the Notify me of follow-up but didn’t get an e-mail until happening wrote. Strange. I’ll try the solution and see if it works. 🙂
@happening – Can you provide a link to your site where this change is in place so I can test?
The issue is with the URL you’ve added to your site. You’ve added this:
http://www.franklin.nl/elektronica/?tt=4123_253260_178666_&r=https://www.franklin.nl/secure/_none/artikel/artikelhome/5986-universeel-bqc-xgp10xu-1/?src=5
It should be this:
http://www.franklin.nl/elektronica/?tt=4123_253260_178666_&r=https://www.franklin.nl/secure/_none/artikel/artikelhome/5986-universeel-bqc-xgp10xu-1/?src=5
A query string should not contain &
. All occurrences of &
that appear in the query string should be changed to &
.
Ugh, WordPress changed my post so now it doesn’t make any sense.
The URL in Woocommerce is OK, without the entity & amp;.
When I disable your plugin there’s no problem.
Does the plugin encode it?
Can I decode it in the custom code?
I solved the problem in the custom code using:
$location = htmlspecialchars_decode($location);
