Not working on newly added slideshows

I created a slideshow with this plug in that works perfectly here: http://www.dianeodonnellphotography.com/macro-nature/
All the images are sized with 800px for the longest edge which is also the size for “medium” images in the settings and the slideshow is set to use medium. It has the fluid layout option selected.

Then today I created a new slideshow and everything is the same, image sizes and settings but the images are showing very small and all different – http://www.dianeodonnellphotography.com/trees/

If I turn off fluid layout support they work but why would they work on the other slideshow fine with the fluid layout checked…
Also strangely when I first load the page i can see them at their correct size for a split second before it gets small

Any idea what is wrong? – I updated wordpress since creating the first slideshow, the one that works right.
