Does not work with latest WP. I wish it will work like the plugin Anonymize Links because it have a much better settings panel and options.

Works well for many many users. You should probably try some troubleshooting.

could it be that it comes in conflict with my domain cdn settings by cloudflare: Auto Minify (Web optimization) which bundle css, js each together into one file for better performance, Rocket Loader™ and so on?

Same thing apply for almost all plugins.
