  • very similar file not found errors here. Have tried reinstalling and updating plugin, etc.
    Have you had any luck?

The standard response from timely seems to be “purchase the pro version and then ask us for help”

No I pulled the plug on it shortly after typing the above – not an entity to put a high priority on user satisfaction I think.

Of course they are giving of their time without charge, but the product is clearly made available with the intent of converting people to an income stream so they don’t have the argument that they are volunteering their time without reward; they are commercial venture unable to offer reasonable support.

Shooting themselves in the foot if you ask me! There is a slim chance I would buy a product from what I considered a reputable, established vendor, because I wouldn’t know that it was full of bugs. But with timely I have used it, I know its got several shortcomings/bugs, and I know their support is lame – Buy it! pigs might fly!

I too have had the same fatal error on upgrading from the ‘Lite’ version which is now no longer supported to the ‘Standard’ version which it seems is also not being developed. From what I can see it looks like a file path error, I would have thought this should be quite easy to correct, just to tell you to pay for the pro version is a slap in the face since they are the ones prompting you upgrade from a working version to one that doesn’t…
