Not working in additional blog

    HI, Your plug in works fine on of my WP sites, but it doesn’t seem to function on another blog I just installed the plugin to…

    I entered the email address to send the form info to and did not get any email confirmation or further instructions on how to add the Contact Form to a blog page.
