    Not Working. CSV files dont work. Only some xml files work.

    Bought full version, no emails back from support.
    Cant get past the import screen.

    Funny thing, after import attempt, the error message is:

    “… It is also possible that there is a bug in WP All Import, and the problem is not with the feed.”

    Why not just fix the software, rather than tell us its not working as an error message?

    Needs lots of repairs!
    Save your money and use the free importing plugins!

    Paste the ticket ID here and I’ll look into it. If you didn’t get a ticket ID back from our support system it means we never got the ticket. In that case, please re-submit it using the Ask Us form on our website to ensure we receive it.

    We respond to all tickets we receive.
